SWEET AS THE HONEY. For residents of Bacnotan, La Union, life remains sweet as the honey -- their town's iconic product -- despite the COVID-19 pandemic. With optimism, they begin to embrace the 'new normal' as a way of life. Meanwhile, the Provincial Government of La Union continues to provide assistance to its constituencies, such as in Bacnotan, where it distributed second wave of relief goods to 14,694 families on May 22-23, 2020.
