Mr. Jessie Magang-an of Sudipen, La Union performs his winning piece "Gold Digger" during the “Timek ti Ayat” Vocal Solo Competition as part of the Opening Program of the 9th Ayat Festival on August 7, 2019 at Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University-Mid La Union Campus Covered Court, City of San Fernando, La Union. He was adjudged as champion, followed by the participant of Aringay, La Union as the first runner-up and Agoo, La Union as second runner-up.
