The Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU), through the Provincial Government – Environment and Natural Resources Office (PG-ENRO), celebrated the Month of the Ocean with a coastal clean-up activity dubbed โScubasureroโ at Barangay Quirino, Bacnotan, La Union.
