PGLU, UPLB Collabs; Organize Capacity Building Series in Ridge to Reef Approach for PDPFP

To enhance ecologically sustainable development practices and environmental protection, the Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU) in collaboration with the University of the Philippines – Los Baรฑos (UPLB) entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to conduct a comprehensive capacity building series focused in enhancing the integration of Ridge to Reef (R2R) approach in updating the Provincial Development and Physical Framework Plan (PDPFP) of the province.
