The 22nd Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) approved on its third and final reading the Draft Ordinance No. 281-2021, โInstitutionalizing the La Union Youth Congress on Human Rightsโ during its 97th Regular Session on May 4, 2021 at the SP Session Hall, City of San Fernando, La Union.
PGLU CONDUCTS CONSULTATIVE DIALOGUE ON LOCAL HISTORY IN EDUCATION
