Pacoy on July 8, 2021, at the Office of the Governor, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union. RD Daquioag expressed her full support to the Provincial Government of La Union in its initiatives on transformative governance as Gov. Pacoy reaffirms continued harmonious working relationship with the department.

The Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU), under the leadership of Governor Emmanuel Pacoy R. Ortega, continues to enable local government units (LGUs) in the Province of La Union towards achieving a province where everyone works together as one. On July 7, 2021, Gov. Pacoy met with the officials of the municipality of Santo Tomas to better know the municipalities’ essential concerns so that the PGLU can address gaps and provide necessary support with the municipality’s needs.
Through regular dialogues, the Provincial Government of La Union hopes to deepen its partnerships with LGUs. They are the key players in providing essential public services to every Kaprobinsiaan.
Meanwhile, Gov. Pacoy commends the Municipality of Santo Tomas for it is properly aligned with the PGLU Transformative Governance Roadmap.
With Gov. Pacoy’s #StrongerTies, PGLU looks forward to a comprehensive strategic partnership with the component LGUs, allowing both sides to work on joint projects in different fields, such as education, health, technology, and the environment, and in building a #StrongerLaUnion.
