As the vaccination programs of the government became more available to the people in the province of La Union, the Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU) through the leadership of Governor Francisco Emmanuel R. β€œPacoy” Ortega III extended assistance for the inclusion of Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES) workers in providing them RT-PCR Swab Test & vaccines as they render work in the different offices in PGLU for 20 days.

The Provincial Government of La Union remains proactive in our PDRITR strategy, preparing for the possible surge in cases, especially with the CoViD-19 Delta Variant presence in our neighboring provinces. Furthermore, the PGLU, through the Provincial Health Office, continues to intensify its partnership with the private and public hospitals to scale up efforts in the prevention, detection, and treatment of CoViD-19 cases across the Province.
