The plaque was accepted by PGLU Provincial Administrator Agnes Grace Cargamento on November 9, 2021 at the Provincial Capitol Building, City of San Fernando, La Union.

La Union remains Low Risk or under Modified General Community Quarantine as reported during the joint meeting of the Provincial Core Team Against CoViD-19 (PCTAC) and the Governorโs Cabinet on November 8, 2021 conducted virtually. Following the status, the Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU), led by Gov. Francisco Emmanuel โPacoyโ R. Ortega III, plans to reintegrate more Recovery Programs.
