The Philippine Information Agency (PIA), headed by Regional Director Jennilyne C. Role and Assistant Regional Director Freddie Lazaro; and PIA La Union Information Center Manager, Joanna Namnama, paid a courtesy visit to Governor Rafy Ortega-David and Provincial Information Officer Rowan Joshua Dimaculangan yesterday, July 18, 2022, at the Provincial Governor’s Office, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union.

Mr. Jerome P. Medriano of Aringay, La Union presented his masteral thesis to Gov. Rafy Ortega-David at the Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union during a courtesy call on July 18, 2022. His work entitled “NI ELYUCANO KEN TI ILOKANO: TI PANNAKAIMPLEMENTAR TI ILOKO CODE ITI LOCAL A GOBIERNO TI ARINGAY” is the only thesis written in full Iloko in the University of the Philippines-Baguio database. The Provincial Government of La Union assisted Mr. Medriano with a research-writing grant during the completion of his study.
