In the continuous effort of the Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU) under the leadership of Gov. Raphaelle Veronica โRafyโ Ortega-David to push for universal access to basic needs, the Provincial Information Office โ Library and Archiving Unit conducted a Library Outreach Program to two remote schools in La Union to further bring PGLU services closer to kaprobinsiaan benefitting a total of 174 learners.

Strengthening digital governance, the Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU), through the Office of the Provincial Administrator โ Human Resource Management Unit, and the Office of the Provincial Governor โ Information and Communications Technology Unit and in partnership with the Department of Information and Communications Technology โ Regional Office 1 upskilled a total of 173 employees through the conduct of the Philippine National Public Key Infrastructure (PNPKI) Training and Computer Skills Training on Microsoft Excel on September 21 and 28, 2023, respectively, via Video Conferencing.
