As she celebrated her 27th birthday on March 14, 2024, Gov. Raphaelle Veronica “Rafy” Ortega-David brought a total of 174 learners from different elementary schools of La Union to the MV Doulos Hope International Floating Bookfair to give them a unique out-of-classroom learning experience and to further kindle their love for reading.

KaPROBINSYAnihan cooking prowess took the spotlight in the Mangan Festival on March 8, 2024, while basket craftsmanship was showcased in the Sisidlan: Basket Weaving Competition on March 15, 2024 which were both parts of the Saluad La Union para Serbisio, Agri-Turismo, Lako ken Oportunidad (SaLU-SALO) at the Mabanag Grounds, Barangay II, City of San Fernando, La Union as part of the 174th La Union Founding Anniversary Celebration.
In the spirit of La Union PROBINSYAnihan, the Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU), under the leadership of Governor Raphaelle Veronica “Rafy” Ortega-David, conducts the Ayat Fest Medical and Dental Mission as part of the province’s celebration of its 174th Founding Anniversary. As of March 8, 2024, a total of 1,561 patients were served from Geographically Isolated and Disadvantaged Areas (GIDA) of Bagulin, Sudipen, Tubao, Bauang, and San Gabriel.
