August First Monday Flag Raising Ceremony Highlights PGLU Awards (GOV Speech)

Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III congratulates the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist (OPAg) and the Office of the Provincial Administrator – Human Resource and Management Unit (OPA-HRMU) for bringing awards to the province in his speech during the First Monday Flag Raising Ceremony on August 5, 2019 at the Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union. The OPAg produced six Outstanding Agricultural Extension Workers including Provincial Agriculturist Ramon Laudencia during the Department of Agriculture North Luzon Cluster 2018 Rice Achievers’ Award while the OPA-HRMU secured a Bronze Award under the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management.
