Balaoan District Hospital (BLDH) Chief of Hospital Dr. Mark Anthony S. Tomboc together with the Inspection Team from the Office of the Governor inspects the newly purchased Anesthesia Machine on March 14, 2019 in Balaoan, La Union. The equipment is provided by the Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU) under the Provincial Development Fund to ensure efficient and quality service to patients who need surgical operation.
