Local Government Units and farmers affected by Typoon Ompong receive hybrid seeds (palay and yellow corn), mungbean and fertilizers on November 9, 2018 at the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist. The ceremonial awarding is a part of the rehabilitation assistance of the Provincial Government of La Union in partnership with the Department of Agriculture.
