LU Local Assessors, BIR-District 3 convene to discuss Triennial Revaluation of Zonal Values of Real Properties

La Union Local Assessors and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)- Revenue District No. 03 convened to discuss the triennial revaluation of Zonal Values of real properties in the province on October 18, 2022 at Ohanawave Beach Resort Hotel, San Juan, La Union. The meeting was attended by representatives from the BIR Revenue District No. 3 headed by Mr. Nicanor S. Ventura; Engr. Arnulfo Cacho, Provincial Assessor; and 19 Local Assessors of the various Local Government Units in La Union. The meeting was held with the aim to produce appropriate values with a common methodology derived from both parties and be able to update the 2019 zonal values of BIR.
