The Office of the Provincial Planning and Development Coordinator headed by EnP. Michaela Louise T. Delfinado visited Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University (DMMMSU) Open University System Executive Director, Dr. Cristita G. Guerra to discuss the proposed “Establishment of Partnership with DMMMSU for Development-Oriented Research”. One of the priorities of Governor Raphaelle Veronica “Rafy” Ortega-David is to strengthen the research and policy infrastructure of the Province.
