MALLU Holds Last Meeting under Engr. Valdriz as President

The Municipal Assessors League of La Union (MALLU), Inc conducted its last meeting under the leadership of San Juan Municipal Assessor Engr. Leila Valdriz on July 26, 2022 at Villa Navarro Beach Resort, Caba, La Union.
Among the topics discussed were innovations on streamlining the processing of transactions by adopting the import/export feature of the Enhanced Real Property Taxation System (ERPTS).
Turning over of obligations to the new set of officers and observations to help amplify the efficiency of assessment services also took place on the meeting.
Engr. Valdriz, who served for 6 years as MALLU President, expressed her gratitude and appreciation to her fellow Municipal Assessors and the Province.
“Mixed emotions occur as I am leaving, leading a unified group of leaders in their own respective LGUs thanks to Provincial Assessor, Engr. Arnulfo Cacho for all the support, motivation and dedication to making all the visions of this league realized and to my fellow Assessors who unselfishly sacrificed their time, patience and effort to come up with good results”, Engr. Valdriz said.
During her term, she led the Municipal Assessors with the help of the OPAss to numerous seminars, training and innovations to remain steadfast on the delivery of quality services to the public.
Tubao Municipal Assessor, Engr. John Anthony Aspuria is set to take over as the President of MALLU.
