Mr. Jerome P. Medriano of Aringay, La Union pays courtesy call, presents masteral thesis to Gov. Rafy

Mr. Jerome P. Medriano of Aringay, La Union presented his masteral thesis to Gov. Rafy Ortega-David at the Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union during a courtesy call on July 18, 2022. His work entitled "NI ELYUCANO KEN TI ILOKANO: TI PANNAKAIMPLEMENTAR TI ILOKO CODE ITI LOCAL A GOBIERNO TI ARINGAY" is the only thesis written in full Iloko in the University of the Philippines-Baguio database. The Provincial Government of La Union assisted Mr. Medriano with a research-writing grant during the completion of his study.
Gov. Rafy congratulated Mr. Medriano for this milestone and thanked him for his contributions in promoting the Iloko language and culture through academic works.
