The La Union Medical Center, headed by Dr. Glenn Ernest Fonbuena, MD, and other employees paid a courtesy visit to Gov. Rafy Ortega-David on July 14, 2022, at the Provincial Governor's Office, City of San Fernando, La Union.
Part of Gov Rafy's #PUSOAgenda is to ensure that every Kaprobinsiaan has universal access to basic needs. Thus, the Provincial Government of La Union continues to foster different levels of health care systems in its 20 component lgus to deliver safe and quality patient care.
