Philippine National Police (PNP) personnel of Regional Internal Affairs Service 1 headed by Director PBGEN ESMAEL ALI paid a visit to Gov. Rafy Ortega-David at the Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union on July 18, 2022.

The lady governor warmly welcomed the visitors as she expressed her support to the advocacies and programs of the PNP. The director affirmed their support to Gov.
