SK La Union President, SK Federation Presidents pay courtesy visit to Gov. Rafy

The Sangguniang Kabataan Federation Presidents of the Province of La Union led by SK La Union President Hon. Alyssa Kristine Sibuma paid a courtesy visit to Gov. Rafy at the Diego Silang Hall, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union. During their visit, the Governor and the SK Officials discussed the upcoming plans and activities of the Sangguniang Kabataan. Gov. Rafy expressed her strong support for women empowerment and youth development programs in the Province.
