PG-ENRO Personnel Equipped to be Anti-Illegal Quarry Task Force

Pursuant to Executive Order No. 28 Series of 2020 or "Reorganizing and Strengthening the La Union Anti-illegal Quarrying Task Force and Providing for Other Related Purposes Thereof," nine (9) personnel of the Provincial Government-Environment and Natural Resources Office (PG-ENRO) undergo deputation training on Anti-Illegal Quarry conducted by Engr. Renato A. Rimando, Chief of Mine Management Division and Atty. Mario S. Timario, Legal Officer of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Mines and Geosciences Bureau (DENR-MGB) Region 1 on January 10, 2022 at the PG-ENRO Conference Room.
The training aims to capacitate and deputize PG-ENRO personnel to apprehend illegal quarry operations thus strengthening the enforcement of the implementation of the Provincial Tax Ordinance no. 274-2021.
