This 2022, Naguilian District Hospital (NDH) marks their 50th Anniversary and to celebrate this milestone a leadership training and team building activity was conducted on March 18, 2022 at the conference hall of the hospital.
Facilitated by JCI Naguilian Basi, a nonprofit youth leadership organization, the training attended by the hospital's Unit Heads aims to reinvigorate new strengths and energy of the staff as a team.
Participants had their own takeaways in the activity particularly in putting their best efforts in setting and achieving their goal as a team in whatever circumstances they might be in. Series of fun team building games were also conducted and participated by the NDH heads to prove and strengthen the teamโs unanimity.
