MSGC CELEBRATES 4 YEARS OF ADOPT AN AGRI-TOURISM SITE PROJECT

In commemoration of the Adopt an Agri-Tourism Site Project, the Multi-Sectoral Governance Council together with their former Chairperson, Geraldine Ortega, and Governor Pacoy Ortega, visits the MSGC’s first adopted site - the Freedom Park. Through the MSGC’s efforts, the Freedom Park was renovated and restored last 2017.
During their celebration, the group visited the Bani Trees they planted 4 years ago and discussed plans moving forward in terms of supporting the Province become the Heart of Agri-Tourism in Northern Luzon by 2025. During their discussion, the Governor highlighted that transformative governance is a shared pursuit of the government and the private sector which was represented by the MSGC. He then expressed his gratitude to the group for their dedication and commitment in helping build a Stronger La Union.
