𝗣𝗚𝗟𝗨 𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗨𝗥𝗘𝗦 𝗕𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗝𝗘𝗖𝗧 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗗. The Provincial Government of La Union secured the 1st Runner Up in the Best Project Implementer Category during the CY 2020 State of the Region’s Development Conference and Regional Development Council 1 (RDC-1) Awards and Recognition Program on May 26, 2021 via video conference. The award was granted to La Union in the construction of the Balecbec-Basca Farm-to-Market Road.

In the same conference, RDC-1 Chairperson Juan Carlos S. Medina delivered his State of the Region’s Address.
