In an effort to align their chapter plan to the Provincial Government's strategy, Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III was invited to present during the PRC La Union Chapter Development Workshop on May 21, 2021 via online conference.
Gov. Pacoy cascaded the Stronger La Union Strategy and proposed programs that the organization can adopt to complement the Province’s strategic objectives and enable efficient utilization of resources. He also emphasized that governance is a shared responsibility and the Province cannot succeed without the collaboration of all stakeholders. Gov. Pacoy stated, “Your effort to align your organizational strategy to the Province’s Stronger La Union Strategy will surely be a game-changer as we both carry out our shared principle of uplifting the quality of lives of the people.“
Moving forward, the PRC shall craft their strategy and shall continue to collaborate with the PGLU in order to propel the Province to greater heights and build a #StrongerLaUnion.
