CDH STRENGTHENS HOSPITAL WORKFORCE

STRENGTHENED WORKFORCE. Caba District Hospital’s (CDH’s) Chief Dr. Gretchen F. Aromin strengthens the CDH workforce during the General Staff Meeting on March 3, 2021 through video conferencing tackling various hospital concerns that include vaccination program for CoViD-19; result of the customer satisfaction for the months of January and February 2021; International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 Quality Management System matters; status of hospital operations; and scheduled activities for the month. General Staff Meeting is a monthly activity of the hospital scheduled every first Wednesday of the month which aims to update CDH staff on hospital operations, memoranda and other advisories. It is a venue where hospital issues are discussed, improving communication among units, promoting coordination among all staff, strengthening the hospital workforce.

Caba District Hospital (CDH) headed by Hospital Chief Dr. Gretchen F. Aromin, conducted the CDH General Staff Meeting on March 3, 2021 through video conferencing tackling various hospital concerns that include vaccination program for CoViD-19; result of the customer satisfaction for the months of January and February 2021; International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 Quality Management System matters; status of hospital operations; and scheduled activities for the month.

Nurse Francis Valdez discussed the CoViD-19 vaccination program of the province highlighting the procedure in vaccination, availability and efficacy of vaccines, manpower requirement in the implementation of vaccination, and the visual presentation of the location where vaccination will take place. On the other hand, Social Welfare Mary Ann Halog presented the result of customer satisfaction survey for the months of January and February 2021. Satisfaction rating in terms of timeliness of service, behavior of staff and cleanliness of the facility, commendations, comments and suggestions from inpatient and outpatient were tackled.

The said activity was virtually participated in by 50 CDH personnel.
