Pacoy meets with police officers from the PNP Regional Civil Security Unit (RCSU) led by PCOL CLINT BAYACSAN, in a courtesy call on February 10, 2021. They discussed the RCSU's programs to strengthen civil security in the province, as Gov. Pacoy underscored that public safety and peace and order are the building blocks for Transformative Governance and in building a Stronger La Union, a province worth living in.
