EDUCATIONAL GOVERNANCE IN THE 'NEW NORMAL.' Gov. Pacoy presides the meeting of the Provincial School Board (PSB) on June 19, 2020 at the Diego Silang Hall, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union. In the meeting, the PSB discussed its strategic initiatives in the implementation of the Provincial Government of La Union's educational programs, in partnership with the Department of Education La Union Schools Division Office, in the 'new normal.'
