HOME FOR GOOD. Another two wards at the Provincial Government of La Union's 'Home of Hope' Isolation Facility were sent home after testing negative from COVID-19 on June 1, 2020. The wards are spouses from Mandaluyong City who traveled to La Union on May 24 but were held at the Rosario checkpoint after failing to present the necessary documentary requirements and hence their admission at the facility. The wife Lhea, a native of Sevilla, San Fernando City, is eight-month pregnant, while the Cebuano husband, Herbert, is a private employee. They decided to come home to La Union for good, where they plan to relocate as they embrace the 'new normal.'
