BUILDING NETWORKS FOR THE 'NEW NORMAL' PUBLIC SAFETY. The Provincial Government of La Union forges stronger partnerships with stakeholders as it eases its way to recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic. With peace and order still a PGLU priority pillar in the 'new normal', Gov. Pacoy affirms alliance with Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), as he graces some AFP officials in a courtesy call on May 21, 2020. Gov. Pacoy met with MGEN ALFREDO V ROSARIO JR., Commander of the 7th Infantry Division, together with BGEN AUDREY L PASIA; and MGEN ARIEL R CACULITAN, Commander of the Naval Forces Command in Intramuros, Manila, together with COL FERDINAND ALMOITE, Commander of the Naval Reserve Center of Northern Luzon.
