EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 18, SERIES OF 2020 DIRECTING THE LA UNION POLICE PROVINCIAL OFFICE (LUPPO) TO IMPLEMENT COVID-19 TESTING OF PERSONS DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY (PDL) BEFORE COMMITMENT TO JAILS AND PRIOR RELEASE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
With the effecutive Order 18, Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) in La Union will be subject to COVID-19 testing before entering the prisoner, and before their liberation.
This is to make sure there is no hold in cages and those who are going out will not infect their families either.
