Rillera, Jr. on March 1, 2020 at the Office of the Provincial Governor, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union. BM Rillera will serve the unexpired term of former BM Maria Rosario Eufrosina P. Nisce who is now the Vice Mayor of the City of San Fernando, La Union.
