Pacoy joins Kapihan sa Ilocos Press Conference spearheaded by the Philippine Information Agency – Regional Office 1 before the Regional Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict First Quarter Meeting on March 4, 2020 at the Vista La Vita, Canaoay, City of San Fernando, La Union.
