Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III and Private Sector Representative (PSR) – La Union and PSR-Convenor Vini Nola A. Ortega join the Regional Development Council 1 First Regular Meeting for CY2020 on February 26, 2020 at Hotel Ariana, Bauang, La Union. In his speech, Gov.
