PGLU Celebrates 170th La Union Founding Anniversary

LA UNION DAY. In celebration of the 170th La Union Founding Anniversary, Gov. Pacoy spearheads the Flag Raising Ceremony on March 2, 2020 at the Capitol Grounds, City of San Fernando, La Union. An Ecumenical Thanksgiving Prayer led by different religious leaders was offered and releasing of doves and butterflies symbolizing peace and transformation was done. “The Making of the Province,” a stage play was also performed by the Dulaang eLyU. Provincial Officials and employees and officials of the different component Local Government Units joined the activity.
