In celebration of the Bible Week, Gov. Pacoy together with Board Member Maria Annabelle S. De Guzman and the Provincial Government of La Union heads and employees, praise and worship God during the Prayer Rally on February 13, 2020 at the Provincial Capitol Grounds, City of San Fernando, La Union. Also present during the prayer rally were Rev. Nel B. Taopo; Bro. Rufo A. Baro; Bro. Marc D. Barredo; Pastor Timothy Lee Warden and Jesus Reigns Ministry.
