Bacnotan District Hospital (BDH) personnel, headed by their Chief Dr. Zenserly Pagaduan, greet patient Cristina Abat who is celebrating her 94th birthday during her admission at the hospital on January 16, 2020. BDH promotes a holistic approach of healing by greeting patients who celebrate their birthday in the course of their admission with the purpose of somehow alleviating their feelings by acknowledging their natal day.
