17 EMPLOYEES INDUCTED AS PIONEER VALUES RESTORATION OFFICERS IN PGLU

The Council for the Restoration of Filipino Values (CRFV) conducted the Values Restoration Program (VRP) Trainer’s Training among 17 qualified Provincial Government of La Union employees on December 2 - 4, 2019. This is in response to the implementation of the Values Restoration Program by virtue of CSC Announcement No. 40, s. 2017 of the Civil Service Commission which aims to provide a soft approach on the government’s anti-corruption initiatives.
Participants were subjected to an exclusive three day-session of learning and series of workshops. Facilitators discussed topics such as Taming the Tongue; Respect for Authority; Integrity; Principles of Trainers’ Excellence; and Selfless Love and Service to People.

Mendoza of Office of the Provincial Administrator-Human Resource Management Unit (OPA-HRMU), Ms. Anna May Saquing of Provincial Treasurer’s Office, Ms. Rhea Matilde A. Ballesteros SP, Atty. Ruby Jean N. Balanon of Provincial Planning and Development Office, Ms. Zenaida S. Aspiras of OPA-HRMU, Ms. Agnes J. Baltazar of OPA, Mr. Kim Han Piell P. Carmelo of OPA, Ms. Mary Ann R. Marzan of OPA-HRMU, Mr. Euphraim R. Molina of OPA-HRMU, Mr. Jiroh Joy Marbella of SP, Mr. Virgilio C. Abuan of Provincial Population Office, Ms. Angelica O. Estacio of OPA-HRMU, Mr. Joel B. Carvajal of OPA-HRMU, Ms. Amor S. Tangalin of OPA, Ms. Charissa Marie E. Go of OPA-HRMU, and Ms. Jenny O. Corpuz of OPA-HRMU.
The PGLU VROs were tasked to deliver 52 weekly values that are grounded on Patriotism, Integrity, Excellence and Spiritually every Monday flag raising ceremony. As agents of change, VROs are also mandated to develop an action plan and implement activities to further reinforce said values in the professional and personal lives of PGLU employees.
CRFV is a Civil Service Commission Accredited Learning and Development Institution established on August 1, 2017.
