2019 Region 1 CMCI Recognition Ceremony Conducted

Ex-Officio Board Member Chary Nisce delivers Gov. Pacoy’s message during the 2019 Region 1 Cities and Municipalities Competitiveness Index (CMCI) Recognition Ceremony on December 11, 2019 at the Banko Central ng Pilipinas, City of San Fernando, La Union. Awardees in said event were City of San Fernando which bagged the Economic Dynamism (1st Placer), Infrastructure (2nd Placer), Resiliency (3rd Placer), and Government Efficiency (3rd Placer) Awards in Component Cities Category making it 2nd Placer in Ilocos Region Overall Competitiveness and Agoo which bagged the Economic Dynamism (1st Placer), Resiliency (1st Placer), and Government Efficiency (2nd Placer) Awards in the 1st and 2nd Class Municipalities Category making it the Overall Competitiveness Champion. Province of La Union was the Most Competitive Province in the whole Region 1.
