Balecbec – Basca Farm to Market Road, Balecbec Bridge Inaugurated

The Provincial Government of La Union, in partnership with Department of Agriculture – Philippine Rural Development Project and World Bank, inaugurates the Balecbec – Basca Farm to Market Road and Balecbec Bridge on November 15, 2019 in the Municipalities of Naguilian and Aringay, La Union. In Gov. Pacoy’s speech read by Executive Assistant IV Justo Orros III, he said that the construction of the BALECBEC-BASCA FARM-TO-MARKET ROAD further reinforced the crucial role of La Union as an administrative, economic and commercial center in North Luzon.
