Caba Gets Ready for Disaster Through HASAR

To create a disaster-ready community, Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office rescuers train Brgy. Officials, Sangguniang Kabataan Officials, and Volunteers from the Municipality of Caba on High Angle Search and Rescue on July 22 to 26, 2019 at Villa Navarro Resort, Caba, La Union. A total of 28 participants graduated from said training.
