SANGLAD FESTIVAL 2019. Devotees, residents and tourists join the celebration of the 3rd Sanglad Festival in commemoration of the 174th Anniversary of the arrival of the Image of Nuestra Señora Birhen Del Mar Cautiva though land and fluvial processions in Sto. Tomas, La Union on July 19, 2019. The annual celebration reenacted the arrival of the image of Virgin Mary in Sto. Tomas, La Union in 1845.
