GPC Members Undergo Skills Development Training

Governor’s Press Corps (GPC) member of the Provincial Treasurer’s Office Jane Joy Mandia applies her learnings in mobile photography during the Street Photography Immersion on the second day of the GPC Skills Development Training held on July 1-3, 2019 in Baguio City. More than 50 GPC members from the different Provincial Government of La Union offices and hospitals were capacitated in said training.
