Lim of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office demonstrates the proper administration of cardiopulmonary resuscitation as a part of their information dissemination campaign on July 1, 2019 at the City Bahay Kubo, City of San Fernando, La Union. The activity was conducted in celebration of the National Disaster Resilient Month.
