BALAOAN OFFICIALS. Gov. Pacoy administers the Oath of Office of elected officials of the Municipality of Balaoan on June 28, 2019 at the Municipal Gym, Balaoan, La Union. Elected officials who took oath were Mayor Aleli U. Concepcion; Vice Mayor Carlo Castor U. Concepcion; and Sangguniang Bayan Members Joanna Katrina L. Ledda, Rogelio O. Concepcion, Rogelio E. Opinaldo, Michael D. Marron, Rosie M. Is-isa, Herminia M. Ordinario, Emiliana P. Portacio, and Marife C. Hermosura.
