Vice Gov. Aureo Augusto Q. Nisce presides over the Joint Meeting of the Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC), La Union Anti-Drug Abuse Council (LUADAC) and the Council of the Five Pillar of Criminal Justice System (CFPCJS) held at the Diego Silang Hall, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union on June 17, 2019.
