BANGAR INAUGURATION. Gov. Pacoy administers the Oath of Office of newly elected officials of the Municipality of Bangar on June 24, 2019 at the Municipal Gymnasium, Bangar, La Union. Elected officials of who took oath were Mayor Joy P. Merin; Vice Mayor Virgelio M. Dabalos; and Sangguniang Bayan Members Wilfredo R. Mosuela, Michael M. Viray, Rogelio F. Coloma, Mario L. Makiling, Emmanuel A. Mantilla, Eduardo P. Flores, Anthony J. Taguiam, and Anacleto L. Yukee.
