La Union Student Leaders Receive Youth Leadership Excellence Awards

As a way of giving back to the community, JCI Naguilian Basi and JCI San Fernando Saluyot, two of Provincial Government of La Union’s Basi Awardees during the Pammadayaw 2019 give recognition to more than 30 students for their Youth Leadership Excellence at the Balikbayan Hall, Naguilian, La Union on April 13, 2019. Awardees from JCI Naguilian Basi, JCI San Fernando Saluyot, and JCI Bauang Fruit Basket Chapters received a medal and a Certificate of Recognition.
