Laundencia talks about empowering women through seaweeds production during the opening program of the Skills Training in Processing Seaweeds-Based Products conducted by Fisheries Research and Training Institute – DMMMSU NLUC at Bacnotan Training Hall, Barangay Bacsil, Bacnotan, La Union on February 12-14, 2019. The training equip the women sector of the coastal barangays of Municipality of Bacnotan on seaweeds production and processing.
